What this scope covers
Narayani Associates takes construction packages from setting out to handover. We mobilise our own engineers, supervisors, skilled labour and plant, so a single contract covers planning, execution, safety and quality instead of splitting responsibility across several vendors. Work is executed to approved drawings and BOQ, with method statements agreed before the first pour.

Requirement Mapping
We study the scope, site conditions, timelines and manpower or equipment load before quoting anything.
Plan & Compliance
Method statements, EHS plan, statutory documentation and a mobilisation schedule you sign off on.
Execution & Supervision
Deployed teams work under our own supervisors, with daily progress and safety reporting to your site head.
QA/QC & Handover
Checklists, test records and as-built documentation close the scope, with support through the defect-liability period.

Questions clients ask first
Do you work on a labour-only or full turnkey basis?
Both. We take labour-and-supervision contracts as well as full turnkey packages where we supply material, plant, manpower and supervision against an agreed BOQ.
Can you mobilise at remote project sites?
Yes. Most of our work is at wind, solar and highway sites away from towns, so labour camps, stores, transport and site utilities are part of our standard mobilisation.
How is quality controlled on site?
Every activity has a checklist and hold points. Concrete cube tests, material test certificates and stage-wise inspection records are maintained and shared with the client engineer.
How quickly can a team be deployed?
For a defined scope we usually mobilise a core team within one to two weeks of a signed work order, and scale up as the front becomes available.
